Shelta Investments Limited was established in Kenya in 2002 as a Land Development Company. We are primarily engaged in the purchase of clean prime land, subsequent mutations, adding value and latter offering them for sale.
Shelta owns 100% of all the plots and land we sell to our customers and therefore are devoid of the costs and risks associated with agency/brokerage.Besides the resultant competitive advantage, in price and ease of purchase, we also have individualised payment plan so that everyone can afford to invest in and own their ideal property.
Shelta knowledge and experience within our area of operation works to ease the complexity and obstacles associated with plot ownership in Kenya.Our customers comprise of home seekers, investors and developers, seeking access to decent, genuine, affordable plots.Majority of our plots are confined to the suburbs of Nairobi, generally within Ruiru, Juja, Thika, off Thika road.
Over 1200 clients have procured plots from Shelta with genuine title deed since inception 22 years ago. 30 % of the plots are already at various stages of development. We purpose to contribute towards ensuring access, of affordable, genuine plots thus contribute to decent home ownership in an organized, economical and legitimate manner.
